Spring break was supposed to be a last blast of fun for three friends before the reality of adulthood set in. But for the trio’s science whiz, it’s an education in instant attraction…

Chemistry major Felicity Stone can tell you everything about the way chemicals interact, but when it comes to social interaction, she needs schooling. Abandoned by her friends, Felicity is faced with spending spring break alone—unless she accepts a gorgeous stranger’s invitation to pose as his girlfriend at a family wedding. Not one to turn down a research opportunity, Felicity never expected it to produce such breathtaking results…

Teacher and baseball coach Lucas Tanner is fascinated by Felicity’s potent mix of spirit and scientist, not to mention her delicious curves. When Felicity asks him to return the favor by teaching her how to pick up guys, he can’t refuse—but he’s not at all happy with the idea of her using a formula for flirting on anyone but him. Can he convince her that together they have the perfect chemistry?

My Rating: 3 Roses

An enjoyable New Adult romance that was both sweet and hot, Her Winning Formula was a really good read. It was fun, sweet, and I liked it.

Felicity and Lucas were both great. Felicity was socially awkward in a way that made her easy to relate to. She was crazy smart and, despite her tendency to accidentally offend people, she was likable. Lucas was simply a good guy. Sweet, funny, and definitely adorable, he was just great.

The romance was okay. I felt like it moved well at first, then got stuck in a rut before it moved on to its final steps. That part where it got stuck in stasis was a little annoying, but not a major problem. They were a sweet couple and they definitely had some hot chemistry. So, I still thought they were great together.

The story was well paced, other than the aforementioned part that dragged a little, and enjoyable. I was kept interested all the way and I thought the ending was lovely.

Her Winning Formula was a sweet and steamy New Adult romance that I enjoyed. Though not perfect, it was still an enjoyable read. Romance lovers, you might want to look this one up.
