Click on the banner for the full schedule.
Welcome to my post for the Entangled: Embrace tour, celebrating the launch of the New Adult imprint from Entangled Publishing! I will be featuring Ruined today, and I have a guest post from the author coming up, as well as a giveaway for a gift basket and swag. But, before we get to all that, allow me to introduce the book:

Release date: November 11, 2013
Publisher: Entangled: Embrace
Genre: New Adult Paranormal Romance

Hell is looking for a way to break loose…

Jax lost the genetic lottery. Descended from Cain, the world's first murderer, he's plagued by a curse that demands violence in exchange for his happiness. He left everything behind, including the girl he loved, but thriving on the pain of others is lonely… And it's killing him.

After a series of heartbreaking losses, Samantha put rubber to pavement and headed for college as fast as her clunker could carry her. But she can't outrun her problems. When an attack at school drives her back home, she's thrown into the path of a past—and a guy—she's been trying to forget.

Sam strains Jax's control over his darkness, but running isn't an option this time. Someone—or, something—followed her home from school: a ruthless monster with a twisted plan centuries in the making. Forced together to survive, and fighting an attraction that could destroy them both, Jax and Sam must stop a killer bent on revenge.

Guest Post:

The author of Ruined, Jus Accardo, will be interview Jax for us. So, please welcome them both!

Jax Flynn, the hero of Ruined, is a complicated guy. Trying to get information out of him is like trying to yank a mountain out of a mouse hole. We're going to give it a try, though. He's agreed to do a short interview. Wish me luck!

Jus - Hey Jax! I know you hate talking about yourself, so I promise to make this short. Why don’t you tell everyone a little bit about yourself?

Jax - My name is Jax.

Jus - Okay… How about a little more?

Jax - *shrugs* My last name is Flynn.

Jus - *sigh* Well how about family? Any brothers or sisters?

Jax - *rolls his eyes* You know about my family.

Jus - I do, but these lovely people don't. We're here for them, remember?

Jax - *glares* I was raised by my uncle, Rick, and I have a twin brother, Chase. That's all there is to tell.

Jus - Twins. That's cool.

Jax - Not really.

Jus - What about Sam? Can you tell us anything about her?

Jax - Sam is…a pain in my ass. She's stubborn and combative. She's complicated.

Jus - To be fair, you're kind of complicated, too.

Jax - I'm cursed to survive off other people's misery. I think I've earned the right.

Jus - Fair enough… Tell us a little bit about the curse.

Jax - It's been in my family as far back as our records go. We don’t all get it. I guess I was just lucky.

Jus - And how does it work?

Jax - I have to make people miserable to survive. The more pain they're in, the more anger I cause them, the less pain I'm in. The less pain I'm in, the more I hate myself. Fucked up, right?

Jus - *nods sympathetically* It doesn’t sound like a party.

Up for grabs is a gift basket and swag, full details on the rafflecopter. Ends December 8.
Good luck!
